The
Orlando, Fla., office was opened in 1989 to support NASA projects
at the Kennedy Space Center. The Orlando office has provided studies,
investigations and designs for projects involving telecommunications,
energy, indoor air quality and building systems commissioning. In
recent years the Orlando office has provided engineering systems
designs for the Center for Research in Electro-Optics and Lasers
and the Florida Solar Energy Center (advertised as one of the most
energy efficient buildings in the world) for the University of Central
Florida; a parkwide building management system, which operates over
a fiber-optic backbone for Universal Studios; and energy audits
and designs for office buildings and military bases from Miami to
Los Angeles. The Orlando office also serves as the center of our
company's transportation work throughout the southeast United States.
